All posted mail is checked and processed via authorized, outside mail agents acting on behalf of the United States Postal Service, Royal Mail Service and other carriers for deliveries. Only guests who have passed a security clearance and background check are permitted to visit our studios in McHenry, Illinois and near Palm Springs, California or contracted service technicians to our Palm Desert, California transmitter site.
